Meet the tools!
Telemetry is even easier to use now with an AI toolset and much more!
It’s that time of the year, and I don’t mean time for a new year, resolutions or holidays. I mean it’s time for a massive Telemetry update. This year we’re focusing on not just collection or basic improvements, we’re taking Telemetry to the next stage of its natural development and giving users deep, powerful capabilities alongside quality of life improvements. Just keep in mind - we’re leaving the biggest update for last.
Let’s start off with the first update. Always wanted to make the most of Telemetry’s Boolean logic and generous keyword limit? Want to search across Telegram in multiple languages but don’t want to translate each keyword independently? Say no more, Telemetry now supports AI integration to save you several minutes of hassle of translating and typing in our UI. Just click the paper airplane button in the bottom-right corner, input your ChatGPT API key, and voila! You’ll be querying with the best of them.

We have more coming on this front soon, so stay tuned: this is just the beginning of our AI implementation.
Alongside AI, we also know just how important it is to enable all kinds of use of Telemetry, including automation, workflows and more. That applies to the way that users interact with Telemetry, and we know that many of you prefer using the terminal or command line, and preferably with an aesthetically-pleasing color scheme and perhaps even some ASCII art.
That’s why we’re so proud to launch Telemetry.sh, our new CLI tool enabling you to query Telegram from your terminal. Running Claude Code and want to integrate Telegram data? No problem, just point it towards Telemetry.sh and have at it. Want to automate your workflows yourself? Just as doable.

The biggest part of the update is the launch of the Telemetry miniapp on Telegram. You may be a Telegram user but have never tried a mini-app. Don’t worry, that’s fine, but it’s time now. With Telemetry’s mini-app, available at @actualsearch_bot inside of Telegram, you can query our Telegram database super easily to search posts, groups and channels but also, more importantly, check out our new catalogue of channels by category! We also are launching the ability to purchase tokens via Telegram stars, so you can buy directly in-app.

We’re also going to try finally launching a community and newsletter for Telemetry and Telegram. To check out our Telegram channel, look up Telemetry Telegram News on Telegram, available at the username at @telemetryapp and join our forum for all telemetryapp.io users to come together, share tips and interesting findings, get updates on Telegram news as well as Telemetry.
Our Telemetry Newsletter will go out also every once in a while to make sure that you stay updated regarding Telemetry, our new features and more!
